Pes2013 The Dynamic Library Rld.dll Failed To Initialize E4

I was just installing windows 7 on my laptop when suddenly I noticed that it wasn't working. The screen didn't want to load, and windows weren't responding. It was frustrating because I needed to view something in particular on the internet, so I decided to try a few things before giving up the search for a solution. I noticed that my operating system had crashed so i tried re-installing windows 7 again with no luck, which left me no other option than to restore my computer back like nothing ever happened. So I restored my computer and rebooted. But it would not begin to pop-up the windows logo screen, so i waited for a few minutes and tried again but to no avail. Then I realised it was time to reinstall windows 7 again! But the computers wouldn't recognize any USB devices, so i decided to use a flash drive and copy all of my important files and restore that instead. I turned on the laptop and the screen came up, but this time there was no data on it. So i decided to try using another flash drive for copying each each file individually. I plugged in the flash drive and started copying as usual. Suddenly the screen went blank again, and while I was starting to get frustrated at this point I decided to give it another shot. So i turned the laptop on again with no luck. I tried restarting it but there was no data on it whatsoever. It was not even displaying the flash drive. I turned it off again and connected another flash drive in hopes that one of them would work, but they didn't. So i did some research online and found out that sometimes when installing windows 7 or any operating system for that matter problems occur during the process of installation, so i did EVERYTHING I could think of to fix this problem, which unfortunately did not work either. Next I decided to use my other laptop to download windows 7 on my flash drive, but it was no use. While installing the software, i noticed that something wasn't right and I finally realized it was the graphics card. So I uninstalled windows 7 and reinstalled it again with no luck. Then I tried restoring my computer back to its factory settings and reinstalling windows 7 after that, but after the computer reset itself it would not display any data whatsoever. I felt at a loss and helpless. I researched online for a while and found a long thread here stating that this error was caused by missing drivers, I turned to the internet again for help. I searched for drivers for my graphics card and found one from the manufacturer of my graphics card, I downloaded it to my flash drive and tried installing it but to no avail. Then I decided to try updating my graphics card driver by downloading the newest one from the mother site instead. Once I downloaded it, i tried installing it again using the same method as before, but this time it worked! After i installed it successfully i rebooted successfully and was able to open windows 7 again.
